Terms & Conditions
Effective date: September 19, 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern use of nineacarrentals.online and booking requests submitted to Nine A Executive Car Rental. A separate rental agreement, quotation, confirmation, insurance document or vehicle-specific condition may also apply. If there is a conflict, mandatory law and the final signed/confirmed rental documents will control to the extent required.
1. Booking requests are not automatic confirmations
Submitting the online form is a request for availability. A rental becomes confirmed only after Nine A communicates acceptance and the customer completes any required documentation, deposit or payment.
2. Rates and charges
Rates may depend on vehicle class, rental period, route, mileage, driver service, fuel arrangement, tolls, parking, delivery/collection, insurance, taxes, deposits and optional services. The customer should review the final quotation or rental agreement before confirming.
3. Eligibility and documents
A renter or authorized driver must satisfy applicable legal requirements and any reasonable vehicle/insurance requirements communicated before rental. Nine A may request a valid driver’s license, government-issued identification, proof of age, contact information and other documents reasonably needed to verify eligibility.
4. Vehicle use
Vehicles must be used lawfully, responsibly and only by authorized persons. Prohibited use may include reckless or impaired driving, illegal activity, unauthorized commercial use, racing, overloading, intentional damage, unauthorized sub-rental or taking a vehicle outside an approved geographic area without written permission.
5. Customer responsibility
The customer may be responsible, as permitted by law and the rental agreement, for fuel, tolls, parking, traffic penalties, late-return charges, cleaning beyond ordinary use, loss of keys/documents and damage or loss not covered by applicable insurance or waivers.
6. Accidents, damage and breakdowns
Accidents, theft, damage, warning lights or mechanical concerns should be reported promptly. Customers should follow lawful safety procedures, cooperate with required reports and avoid authorizing repairs without approval except where immediate action is reasonably necessary for safety.
7. Website availability
We aim to keep the website available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation or real-time vehicle availability. Website information may be corrected or updated when necessary.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, contractual responsibility will be determined by the confirmed rental documents, insurance terms and the circumstances of the transaction.
9. Governing framework
For Philippine transactions, applicable Philippine laws and regulations may include consumer, privacy, electronic-commerce, transportation, contract and other relevant rules. Foreign or international laws may apply only where their legal scope reaches the particular transaction or customer.
10. Contact and complaints
Questions, complaints or requests for clarification may be submitted through the website’s booking/contact channels. We encourage customers to raise concerns promptly so the facts and supporting records can be reviewed.
