Rental Policy

This Rental Policy summarizes common operational rules for Nine A rentals. Vehicle-specific terms shown in a quotation, confirmation or rental agreement may add to or modify these rules.

Vehicle categories

Nine A may offer Economy Cars / Taxi Cabs for daily rental, Premium Sedans, SUVs, MPVs, Vans and Group Transport. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.

Pickup and return

• Pickup and return locations, dates and times must be agreed in advance.
• Customers should inspect the vehicle at handover and promptly report visible damage or concerns.
• Late returns or unapproved extensions may result in additional charges, subject to the confirmed rental terms.

Fuel, mileage, tolls and parking

The applicable fuel and mileage arrangement will be stated in the rental terms. Unless specifically included, tolls, parking and traffic-related charges are generally the customer’s responsibility during the rental period.

Authorized drivers

Only persons approved under the rental arrangement may drive. Each driver must hold documentation legally valid for the location and vehicle being operated and satisfy any stated age, insurance or experience requirement.

Taxi cab daily rentals

Taxi cabs and other economy vehicles offered for daily rental remain subject to legal operating restrictions, vehicle-use conditions and any permit or franchise limitations that apply. A rental offer does not authorize any activity that requires a separate government permit, franchise or accreditation.

Care of the vehicle

Customers must take reasonable care of the vehicle, secure it when unattended, avoid prohibited use and promptly report accidents, theft, damage, breakdowns or warning indicators.

Insurance and financial responsibility

Insurance coverage, exclusions, deductibles, participation fees and optional waivers vary. Customers should review the applicable coverage before accepting the vehicle. This website does not itself create insurance coverage.

Extensions and changes

Extensions, route changes, driver changes or other material changes require approval. Additional charges may apply.
